Yeah Nah Not Bad (AKA Zac)
Your task is to come up with an original creation for submission, and subsequently make four (4) of these cocktails on the day. Three drinks for the judges and one for the crowd. The booze and ice will be provided, though you are required to bring everything else with you on the day.
Your drink must contain a minimum of 30mls of Giselle Pavlova Gin, but no more than 2.5 standard drinks to qualify:
